Shipping Processes and Turnaround Time:

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped on holidays, but will be shipped on the following business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will continue you via email or telephone.

USPS Standard – 3-5 business days

Delivery Delays can occasionally occur.

Refunds and Returns:

All custom items that were approved before printing by customer does not qualify for refunds or returns.

No refunds or returns on backdrops, banners, custom packaging, or table runners.

If the return is approved then all items must be returned.
